Keeping in mind that this is a loose Monday/Wednesday/Friday routine, here it is. This isnt in any order, really, but when Im doing it, I try to rotate through muscle groups.

  • Side Raises
  • Front Raises
  • Overhead dumbell presses
  • Standing, overhead tricep extensions
  • Standing Curls
  • Concentration curls
  • Bent-over one-hand rows
  • Supine Dumbell Butterflies

I think thats it. I start the workout with leg raises and power crunches to get the blood going and because I eat too much chocolate. Im debating adding shoulder shrugs and standing dumbell rows, but im pretty beat by the end of this list. Also, I did torso twists with the water bottle that I havent incorporated yet. Probably Friday.
