If youre an American and a democrat or just not a fan of being governed by fearmongering, lie-spewing, freedom-eroding, torture-loving, bible-thumping troglodytes, today is a day to celebrate. Now its time for a differently-corrupt group to take what corporate America tells us passes for power these days. Its a slightly different group of corporate puppet masters, a slightly-different group of puppets – rejoice!
Never forget, however, that firing Rumsfeld and making nice with bulldog Nancy Pelosi doesnt lose herr bush the “Signing Statement” that he loves so much. Expect everything that crosses his desk to leave it with a statement that reads, at least in part, “I dont recognize the validity of this document as it was drafted by traitors and America-haters.”
