So Im thinking that maybe Im addicted to water. I drink at least 160oz. of water a day (in the form of five re-chilled Snapple 32 oz. bottles), and I think it may be a little much. There are clearly days when Ill drink 8 or more of those bottles. I mean, I know water is good for you, but in this quantity? It must be expanding my stomach and making me hungrier, too.
