Hi, my name is Matt, and I'm a workaholic.
I keep thinking, "hey, I'll update Clapboard this afternoon!" and then later, "Eh, nothing's happened... forget it." and there you go - weeks go by. Mostly, I've been working, but some other interesting things have happened. I did some work, but not really even that much of that, and I certainly don't want to talk about it. Let's do a list of things maybe worth talking about after the break...- I put a second batch of wine into primary
Which means that I'll get it into secondary sometime this week (Friday? Saturday?) and then it'll sit till God Knows When. If I'm home for more than 2 days at the end of May, I'll probably re-rack it to get rid of any sediment and to help clear any excess CO2. - I helped Klee move
She needed to move, so we did that on Tuesday, then the place she was moving to fell through, so her stuff sat in the truck and she stayed here 'till Saturday when we re-moved everything out of the truck into either storage or into her (probably temporary) room. - I got the banking done up right for JVS
Finally, after all these years, JVS is once again a fully-functioning company, at least from a banking perspective. I got the merchant account up and running and everything is working properly. Before I get back on the road, I've gotta get the current hosting clients moved over to the new system (especially since that new system is going to cost me $$/month just to sit there). - I upgraded my home network capacity with a (ghetto-but-cheap) rackmount monitor/kb solution.
Now all I need is the energy, time and intelligence to bang out an install of a network OS install server and I'll be able to put (most of) the systems downstairs to some kind of use, even if it's to test out new procedures. I also got an 8-port rackmount KVM. Good stuff.
I'm sure there's been more, but I forget it all right now. No photos right now (gotta get back to work!), but I'll import/add some in a little while. Or in 2 weeks. Whatever.
